Refund policy

Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms below.

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, unaltered.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must contact us first at rextoolbags@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note all returns must be shipped to:

If your return is approved, we will send you:

  • A return authorization

  • A return shipping label (when applicable)

  • Instructions on how and where to send the package

Important:
Items shipped back to us without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at rextoolbags@gmail.com

with your order number and photos or video of the issue.

We’ll review the situation as quickly as possible and provide a solution — whether that means a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the case.

Important:

  • Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items that show signs of use, modification, or external damage not reported upon delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

For safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons, certain items cannot be returned.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Customized or personalized products (including engraved or modified items)

  • Used, worn, or altered products

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Items purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return your original purchase and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

Please note:

  • We do not offer automatic exchanges or hold inventory during the return process.

  • All exchange requests must go through the standard return authorization procedure before a new item can be shipped.

  • Price differences between items or promotions at the time of reordering will apply.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

  • We do not issue refunds for items returned without prior authorization or that do not meet our return conditions.

Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. Processing times vary depending on the financial institution.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers located within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 calendar days of delivery — for any reason and without the need to provide justification.

To be eligible for a return under this regulation:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To exercise this right, please contact us in writing at rextoolbags@gmail.com within the 14-day period to notify us of your intent to cancel or return the order.

Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs under the 14-day cooling-off period, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued in accordance with our general refund policy once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
